Pricing & Payments

How are your services priced?
Our rates reflect time, care, and expertise. Any items purchased on your behalf—such as groceries, gifts, décor, or household supplies—are billed separately. Receipts will always be provided.

Do you require a deposit or retainer?
For one-time services, payment is due at the time of delivery. For recurring support, retainers are available to secure reserved time and priority scheduling.

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we currently accept select digital payment platforms (Venmo & PayPal), cash and check. However, we will be adding the option for all major credit cards and debit cards in the very near future.

Do you provide services for travelers or “snowbirds”?
Yes! Our Home Check-In service is ideal for vacations or extended absences. We’ll make sure your home is secure, cared for, and welcoming upon your return.

Do you help with seasonal or event preparation?
Absolutely. From holiday décor to seasonal refreshes and event readiness, we take care of the details so you can enjoy the moment.

Scheduling & Availability

How much notice do you need for a service request?
We recommend at least 48 hours’ notice. However, we understand life can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

We are based in Shoreview, Minnesota, and proudly serve clients across the Twin Cities metro area.

Do you offer weekend or evening services?
Yes, availability outside of standard hours can be arranged with advance notice.
